1. Project Approval
Submitting this form does not guarantee a project slot. SUEME MEDIA reserves the right to approve or decline any request.
2. 50% Deposit Required
Upon approval, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Failure to pay soon results in automatic cancellation.
3. Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% is due upon completion before final files are delivered.
4. Revisions
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions charged separately.
5. Cancellation
If you decline the deposit after approval, your project will be cancelled. You may resubmit at any time.
6. Payment Methods
Accepted: Cash App ($suememedia) and PayPal. Details sent upon approval.
7. Turnaround Time
Varies by project type and queue. Estimated timeline provided upon approval.
8. Communication & Response Time
Late responses delay your project, so please be payment-ready once approved and reply to messages in a timely fashion. If I don't hear back from you within 24 hours, I'll move forward with the next waiting client.
